CPD Amnesty
There are less than 60 working days left in the year in which employees of financial services businesses
can attain their Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
Don’t overlook the importance of fulfilling your CPD obligations:
"Failure by a registered person to follow the Codes of Practice represents grounds for the Commission
to take enforcement action. Where the Commission has reason to believe that at any time there has
been a failure on the part of a registered person to follow the Codes, it may consider making use of its
regulatory powers which, in serious cases, could include the revocation of a business’ registration".
The Solution
For every place booked by your company on a Forward Training Course from 9am on Monday
12th October 2009, a free place will be offered on any Forward training course of equivalent or
lower price, until Thursday 31st December 2009.

Terms and Conditions of ’CPD Amnesty’ offer
1. For each individual delegate booking made on a Forward training course or individual Programme seminar between 9am on Monday 12th October 2009 and Thursday 31st December 2009 an additional place will be offered, free of charge, on any Forward training course or seminar of equivalent or lower price, subject to availability.
2. All customers with existing bookings on Forward training courses or Programme seminars will be offered one additional place per each existing individual booking, free of charge, on any Forward training course or seminar of equivalent or lower price, subject to availability. Refunds will not be offered for multiple delegate places already booked.
3. The free delegate place must be selected from the schedule of Forward Training courses and programme seminars run between Monday 12th October and Thursday 31st December.
4. No refunds will be offered for course cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the course start date. Substitutions of delegates may be made at any time.
5. Course details are valid at the time of publication and Forward reserves the right to make alterations to any aspect of the courses at any time.
6. All bookings will be confirmed in writing.
7. Invoices will be provided on booking and must be paid within 14 days.
