Introduction to Foundations - 16 July 2009
Following approval by the Privy Council in May, the Foundations (Jersey) Law will come into force in the middle of July. In response we are pleased to offer a half day course entitled "Introduction to Foundations" to be run on 16 July 2009. The course is designed to provide an overview of the concept of foundations looking specifically at the structure of Jersey foundations and the potential vulnerabilities. This workshop will be running again, as scheduled within our Learning Solutions Directory, on 23rd November 2009.
